Cats matter too!!!

This cat was found, and a family that was missing their cat thought he was theirs after they received a call that someone found their cat. A few days later, someone actually DID find their cat, and they were called because of the microchip!

So... the family had "Curious George" scanned and reached out to Microchip Hunters for help getting this found cat home! The microchip was never registered, but I contacted the rescue and was given the owner information. The rescue assured me that they would take the cat back if the owner couldn't keep him.

Our newest volunteer, Dianne, took this case, and found the family on Facebook (phone number wasn't current). She said her ex kept the cat but found out he wasn't keeping him inside at all, and really didn't want him...BUT she did! She drove 45 minutes to Grand Rapids to pick him up! She hasn't seen the cat for 2 years and was excited to have him back!!!
