Home at last! Gisselle took in a dog she found, registered him to Lost Dogs Illinois and sent the microchip information to Microchip help, as it wasn't registered. PAWS provided the information but the number was no longer correct and the dog didn't belong to the family at the address on file. The microchip was from 2010.

I was having a hard time finding a match to this owner's name in many searches I tried. I finally found a connection to someone with the same first name but different last name. His wife answered, and after discussing the name, street and description of the dog, she realized it could be her husband's cousin! She told me she would reach out to them, and I received a call shortly after from Maria asking about her missing dog Farley. I gave them the finder's information, she sent Gisselle many photos of Farley, and it was a match.

Farley and his family reunited today! Thank you Gisselle, you are terrific!
