Good hearted people...
Heather received a facebook message from our microchip hunter Liz, after Chicago Animal Care and Control couldn't reach her from the microchip. The unregistered microchip backtracked to a rescue that had the information for Heather, but it wasn't current. Heather replied that she adopted the cat out as a kitten and wasn't in contact with the person she adopted her out to. This cat was left at CACC's door 12 years later, and Heather said she would pick the cat up. She was also under vet care. Liz said Heather "has a good heart." She didn't want to leave her at animal control, and she went the next day to pick her up, cone and all. She said the cat is safe with her. Lost Dogs Illinois Microchip Hunters www.microchiphelp.com
