Google translate works!

Lost Dogs Illinois/Microchip Hunters was able to find the owner for this microchipped girl at Chicago Animal Care and Control. She had one microchip registered with two companies, but the older one was an owner transfer with no new information. 

Her current owner had a voicemail with a message in Chinese...

By texting a photo and a message in English and Chinese using google translate, the owner was able to call me back. His English wasn't too bad and we were able to communicate, but I texted the address to him with all the information he needed to pick Delilah up. I could hear the concern in his voice, and he wanted to know if she was ok. He said she was missing for two days. 

Delilah was picked up and is back home! Her owner Cheng is so happy and thankful for the help finding her.
