​Lucky has been reunited!

Thank you to Garrido Stray Rescue Foundation for requesting help from Microchip Hunters!

Microchip Hunters found a name attached to the phone number on the dog's tag. Thankfully Lucky had his last name on the tag to help narrow down the list of possible owners to the number. His family was looking for him all day Sunday!

"He is from Kentucky and is unfamiliar with the neighborhood. He went missing this past Saturday and was saved by our Court Advocates, Marjorie and Joyce. He had a collar with a name tag, but the phone number was unfortunately invalid. After contacting Lost Dogs Illinois Microchip Hunters for help, we were able to reunite this pup today.

His mom left on Sunday for Kentucky, so grandma picked him up. Lucky lived up to his name.
