Home at Last!

The found Poodle Mix from #Chicago #IL is home safe and sound! Thank you to the good samaritan Aime for bringing him in, and to Susan D., for sending the microchip information to Microchip Help. Chuy's microchip was not registered, and went back to Chicago Animal Care and Control, who provided owner information.

The phone number was from an adoption in 2015, and was no longer a working number. I was able to find a number for someone else at the same address, and sent them a text. The replied that they would let the family know to reach me! Both the husband and wife called me, and I texted them back with Aime's information to pick him up. They also received the microchip information to get him registered properly. Just in case, I will also provide CACC with their most current phone numbers. Aime said Chuy was happy to see them!
