"How did he get all the way over there?"

​Thank you Jane for reaching out to Microchip Hunters today to help reach an owner. Griffith Indiana Animal Control left a message for the family but they didn't hear back from them.

Microchip Hunters looked up the microchip, called the number on file, and the owner answered. She told me that Bo went missing Friday and she was devastated. I told her that Bo was found and taken to Griffith Indiana. She was so surprised and asked me how he got all the way over there! They live on the South Side of Chicago! Bo was found near Menards on Cline, near Gary Indiana. The family also told me that she typically doesn't answer calls she doesn't recognize, but that there was no name showing so she happened to pick up! Fortunately, her son was able to take her to reclaim Bo!

We are so glad Griffith Animal Control asked for help! We are told this was a wonderful reunion with very nice people!
