Gismo was found after 3 years, a little disheveled, but his family will be taking care of that!

Gismo found his way to Chicago Animal Care and Control. His microchip was not registered, but luckily CACC had owner information from 9 years ago! The phone number, however, was no longer current, so Microchip Hunters took over.

Microchip Hunters were able to reach the owner by finding a current email after many incorrect phone numbers! When the family heard the news, they couldn't wait to get Gismo home. They went to CACC immediately! He is now home, and will be taken in to be checked and get cleaned up! We hope to share his “after” photos when we receive them!

Let's also get that microchip registered!
