"That's my babyyyy omg!"

Chopper got away from his owner, harness and leash attached, and was nowhere to be found.

Thankfully he made his way to Chicago Animal Control who sent Microchip Hunters his chip information after they weren't getting any replies to their call.

I (Microchip Hunters) wasn't getting a reply either so began internet searching for family members, and reached the son-in-law who gave the message to Chopper's family to call!
I heard from Emily who said she was missing him, black harness and blue leash. She went the next day to pick him up. He is home, resting. "I'm so happy he is home"

Thank you to the good samaritans that brought Chopper to CACC, and to CACC for sending the microchip for help! Emily has a new phone number and address, and will be updating that right away!

Chopper slept all day - shelters can be exhausting!
